İlk seti 28-26 kaybederek 1-0 geri düşen Grupa Azoty Kedzierzyn-Kozle, ikinci seti 25-22, üçüncü seti ise 25-14 alarak 2-1 öne geçti. Çekişmeli geçen dördüncü seti 30-28 alan Jastrzebski Wegiel, skora 2-2 denge getirerek maçı karar setine taşıdı.
"Tei-break" setini 15-12 alan Grupa Azoty Kedzierzyn-Kozle, CEV Şampiyonlar Ligi'nde kupaya uzandı.
Polish team rejoiced in Men's CEV Champions League Polish representative Grupa Azoty Kedzierzyn-Kozle, who defeated Jastrzebski Wegiel 3-2 in the Men's CEV Champions League Super Final in volleyball, became the champion. In the most prestigious club-level organization of European men's volleyball, the two Polish teams met in the Super Final held at Alpitour Sports Hall in Turin, Italy. Losing the first set 28-26 and falling back 1-0, Grupa Azoty Kedzierzyn-Kozle took the second set 25-22 and the third set 25-14, taking the lead 2-1. Jastrzebski Wegiel, who won the contentious fourth set 30-28, balanced the score 2-2 and carried the match to the decision set. Grupa Azoty Kedzierzyn-Kozle, who won the "tei-break" set 15-12, reached the cup in the CEV Champions League.
